The Great Trivia Tour
An extraordinary journey of knowledge
Welcome to the great puzzle journey! In this exciting adventure, you will embark on various puzzle trails and solve tricky tasks. Your wits and teamwork are required to master the numerous challenges that await you. Get ready for an exciting and unforgettable puzzle journey!
Rules of the game
Goal of the game: The players are divided into teams and have to collect as many points as possible. Whoever answers the most questions correctly within the time limit wins the game. In the event of a tie, the faster team wins.
Number of participants: unlimited
Preparation:
- Choice of playing area: A town. Village or a district is chosen as the playing area.
- Playing time: The duration of the game is set (e.g. 2 hours).
- App use: All players must activate their smartphone’s location recognition. Teams can register using the QR code.
Starting position: After registering with their smartphone, all teams have to discover the starting point. They can find this on the navigation map that is integrated into the game platform.
Movement: After reaching the starting point, the first questions of the various puzzle paths or categories open up. The players can now freely decide which path they want to take or which category they want to start with.
Trivia trails: Navigate to the individual points on your navigation folder. The participants can now move from point to point. After answering a question, a new question in the same category is unlocked.
Hints: Each category consists of 10 questions, which become increasingly difficult in ascending order, as well as a special question in the form of a riddle.
Time: The players have a set amount of time to answer the questions. (E.g.: 60, 90 or 120 minutes) Please note that in the end, if there is a tie, the time needed will count and the fastest team will emerge as the winner.
Communication: The players on each team may divide up as they wish. The number of smartphones used is also up to the teams.
