Our team sets up
We arrive early to prepare the space: setting up stations, marking game zones, testing equipment, and adding fun touches like team flags or banners.

Guests arrive and teams form
Players grab a drink, hear a welcome from the host, and are divided into teams. We hand out team colors or props to build excitement, and explain the day’s challenges.

Start of games
Teams rotate through stations — cracking brain teasers, racing in relays, and testing skill challenges. There’s laughter, teamwork, and plenty of playful rivalry

Meet at the final point
The games finish, and teams gather at the final point. While we evaluate the scores, guests can relax, grab a drink, and enjoy some downtime together. This is the perfect moment to share stories, laugh about the highlights, and build anticipation for the award ceremony.

Award ceremony
We crown the winners, hand out prizes, and wrap up on a high note — with plenty of shared stories and smiles.
